HAND DELIVERIES
Same day delivery order cutoff is 2 pmDelivery Available Monday - Sunday
Deliveries will arrive no later than 4pm. Because of the high volumes, we can't guarantee more specific times. However if it is for a business, please provide the times we can deliver between to ensure they get it while at work.
Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location, or that there is a safe (secure space, protected from weather) to leave the flowers. In the event that we cannot leave the flowers, you will be issued another delivery fee or the recipient can pickup the order between 10am-4pm.

HAND DELIVERY MINIMUMS
Please make sure your order meets the following cart minimums. Rate based on driving distance from our Winnetka shop.
0-10 miles: $50 min.10+ miles: Give our shop a call to check capacity/availability and determine delivery min/rate.

IN STORE SHOPPING/PICKUP
Our shop is open to the public to shop our pre-made designs from our cooler. Depending on how busy we are for that day we may be able to make you something with a wait time provided by one of our designers. However, if you would like to place a custom order we cannot guarantee same day, but can place it for a future date.
